SB 113 - This act adds registered athletic trainers to the
good Samaritan law. Registered athletic trainers may provide
emergency care or assistance, without compensation, at the scene
of an emergency or accident, without being liable for any civil
damages. The civil immunity does not include gross negligence or
willful or wanton acts or omissions.
