SB 132 - Personal information in motor vehicle and driver's
license records shall be presumed to be closed instead of open to
the public. Individuals may choose to disclose personal
information. Personal information in motor vehicle and driver's
license records shall be available to law enforcement personnel,
insurance investigators, and automobile manufacturers.
