SB 142 - This act expands the provisions relating to the appointment of retired judges as "senior judges" to make eligible retired commissioners as "senior commissioners". The current section makes eligible only retired judges receiving retirement benefits under Chapter 476, RSMo. The change will allow retired commissioners to apply and serve as senior commissioners.
