HCS/SCS/SB 170 - This act requires that the bylaws of a
condominium association be amended by a majority of the
condominium unit owners. This act also requires that an
amendment to the declaration which prohibits a permitted use or
occupancy of a condominium unit must be agreed to by at least 80%
of the allocated votes in the association.
