Current Bill Summary

SB 184 - Current law provides that the General Assembly may appropriate up to $1 M per year to the Missouri Humanities Council and 50% of that amount may be used for operating and programming expenses. This act removes the limitation on the amount that may be used for operating and programming expenses. The act does not change an existing provision that limits administrative costs to 5% of the moneys in the Humanities Council Trust Fund.
