SB 251 - This act amends Chapter 215 RSMo, relating to the
Missouri Housing Development Commission, to authorize the General
Assembly to appropriate funds to be utilized as grants for the
basic operating expenses of qualifying neighborhood housing
agencies working pursuant to the federal Home Investment
Partnerships program of the National Affordable Housing Act of
1990, U.S.C. Title 42, Section 12701, et seq, as amended.
