SS/SB 266 - This act provides that the public policy of this
state is to recognize marriage only between a man and woman; any
purported marriage not between a man and woman is invalid; a
recorder is prohibited from issuing a license to a same sex
couple; and same sex marriages shall not be valid in this state
even if valid where contracted.
