SB 321 - This act creates an ascertainable standard consistent with the Internal Revenue Code, by imposing certain restrictions on distributions that may be made from the trust. The bill prohibits distributions which satisfy legal support obligations or other obligations of a trustee or deemed trustee.
This bill is identical to HB 76 (1999).
