SCS/SB 325 - This act pertains to architects, professional engineers and professional land surveyors.

No plans, specifications or other documents prepared for a project, with the seal of an architect, professional engineer or professional land surveyor may be used for a location other then the original location unless reviewed by the original licensed professional.
