SB 353 - This act extends the hazardous waste disposal fee in Section 260.475, RSMo, and the hazardous waste generator fee in Section 260.479, RSMo, until January 1, 2004. Both of these fees will expire on January 1, 2000 under current law.
This act is similar to HB 524.
