SCS/SB 412 - The filing of campaign finance reports by
statewide candidates shall be done electronically, except when
$5,000 or less is received by the candidate's committee during a
reporting period. This requirement is effective January 1, 2000,
and is similar to part of truly agreed to SCS/SBs 31 & 285 and
SCS/SB 346.
