SB 434 - The act grants an easement to Laclede Gas for the construction of an eight-inch pipeline through Route 66 State Park.
This act also grants an twenty foot wide easement to the City of Eureka for construction and maintenance of a forced main across a portion of Route 66 State Park.
This act also authorizes the Governor to approve the annexation of three tracts of land in Northwest Missouri State University by the city of Maryville.
This act is similar to HB 800.
