SB 479 - Current law allows delivery of LP gas by an out-of-
state company if the company owns a storage tank of at least
18,000 gallon capacity in Missouri. This act revises this
requirement to allow an out-of-state company to deliver LP gas if
it maintains a storage tank of at least that capacity in
Missouri.
