SJR 8 - This proposed constitutional amendment, if approved
by the voters, would exclude from the definition of "total state
revenues" for purposes of calculating the Hancock limit any funds
designated for Missouri veterans' homes used for veterans of the
armed services who require institutionalized health care
services.
