SR 242 - This resolution disapproves of Reorganization
Plan No. 1 submitted by the Governor. The Reorganization Plan
proposes to shift certain job training and labor related
functions from the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations
to the Department of Economic Development. The resolution would
disapprove of the reorganization pursuant to the provisions of
Sections 26.500 to 26.540, RSMo. The proposed reorganization
(Executive Order 99-03) can be found in the Senate Journal,
February 8, 1999, p. 194.
