AN ACT
To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the establishment of the Mark McGwire Highway.
Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.303, to read as follows:
227.303. The portion of interstate highway 70 within a county of the first class having a population of at least nine hundred thousand inhabitants and also within a city not within a county to the border with the state of Illinois shall be designated the "Mark McGwire Highway".
