AN ACT
To authorize the director of the department of natural resources to grant an easement in Taum Sauk Mountain State Park in Iron County.
Section 1. The director of the department of natural resources is hereby authorized and empowered to give, grant, bargain or sell and convey to Matthew and Jill Marciano and Tom and Diane Marciano restricted use easements for ingress and egress across a portion of Taum Sauk Mount State Park in Iron County, Missouri. The restricted use easements to be conveyed to the Marcianos are more particularly described as follows:
A 20 foot wide easement being part of the East half (E ½) of Section 5, and the northwest quarter (NW 1/4), southwest quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 4, all in Township 33 North, Range 3 East of the 5th Principal Meridian, Iron County, Missouri; the centerline being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the quarter section corner of Sections 4 and 5; thence along the line between Sections 4 and 5 on a grid bearing of N0102'00" E 665.2' to an iron pin found; thence along the North line of the South half of lots 33 and 34 of Murdock-Crumb Subdivision S8042'29" W 719.1' to the point of beginning; thence S0959'55" W 32.2'; thence S0717'32" E 82.6'; thence S1836'36" W 64.7'; thence S0652'27" W 78.8'; thence S0722'09" E 197.5'; thence S4528'14" E 126.4'; thence N8256'51" E 217.4'; thence S7551'50" E 239.2'; thence S8908'22" E 150.1'; thence S4101'32" E 322.0' to the intersection with Taum Sauk Mountain State Park Road and the terminus of said easement. Subject to grantor's right to relocate.
Section 2. The attorney general shall approve the form of the instrument of conveyance.
