AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the establishment of the Mark McGwire Highway.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:

Section A.  Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.303, to read as follows:

227.303.  The portion of interstate highway 70 within a city not within a county to the border with the state of Illinois shall be designated the "Mark McGwire Highway".
