AN ACT

Relating to dissolution of marriage.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:

Section 1.  In any action for dissolution of marriage involving minor children, the court may order counseling for such children.  The court may assess and apportion the costs of child counseling between the parties.
