FISCAL ANALYSIS
ASSUMPTION
Officials of the Office of Administration's Division of Accounting report that the Commission budget is approximately $25,000. These costs would not be incurred after FY 2001 should the proposal be approved.
State Courts Administrator officials noted that since Commission recommendations are subject to legislative action, the proposal would not directly affect the budget of the judiciary.
Advertisement costs for the proposal would be $3,990 per newspaper column inch for three publications of the text of the proposal, the introduction, title, fiscal note summary, and affidavit. The proposal would be on the ballot for the November 2000 general election.
