DESCRIPTION

This bill allows the trainer of a service dog for the physically disabled to take a dog in training on all modes of transportation and on any public premises without charge for the dog. The trainer will be liable for any damage to the premises by the dog.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
