FISCAL ANALYSIS
ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Coordinating Board for Higher Education (CBHE) assume geographic requirements on board appointments would not have a fiscal impact on the CBHE. They assume that the student representative's expenses could be covered with existing resources.

DESCRIPTION
The proposal would require that no more than one person appointed to the Board of Curators of Lincoln University be from the same congressional district.
The student representative while attending meetings of the board would receive actual expenses paid out of ordinary revenues of the university.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
