Current law provides for certain circumstances in which persons honorably discharged from the National Guard could be entitled to admission into a Missouri Veteran's Home. This proposal would give preference to veterans of the "Missouri National Guard".
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
