FISCAL ANALYSIS
ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Secretary of State, Tax Commission, Department of Conservation, Missouri Office of Prosecution Services, House of Representatives, Governor's Office, Department of Agriculture, Department of Transportation, Lieutenant Governor's Office, Department of Public Safety, Department of Insurance, Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Department of Social Services, Veterans Commission, Department of Economic Development, Coordinating Board of Higher Education, Attorney General's Office, Department of Revenue, and the Office of Administration assume this proposal would not fiscally impact their agencies.
In similar legislation introduced during the 1998 regular session, SB 637 (2975-01), the following agencies assumed the proposal would not fiscally impact their agencies: State Auditor's Office, State Treasurer's Office, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Department of Mental Health, Department of Natural Resources, Department of Corrections, Gaming Commission, Secretary of the Senate, Department of Health, and the Lottery Commission.

DESCRIPTION
This proposal would allow state employees' home addresses and home phone numbers to remain confidential.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
