DESCRIPTION
This proposal would remove an outdated federal citation to a provision addressing the conveyance of property in accordance with the Servicemen's Readjustment Act of 1944.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
