FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
Small businesses operating amateur rodeos might be affected by this proposal.

DESCRIPTION

This Act amends Proposition A, pertaining to animal fighting, adopted by the voters in November, 1998, to ensure that the Act does not prohibit fishing and Amateur Rodeos. This proposal contains an emergency clause.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
