FISCAL ANALYSIS
ASSUMPTION
The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) assumes this easement pertains to an existing roadway which the DNR is not responsible for maintaining. It will not require the movement of boundaries. Therefor the DNR assumes there will be no cost to implement this proposal.

DESCRIPTION
This act grants an easement for a road into private property located within the Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park. The easement is approximately 20 feet wide.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
