FISCAL ANALYSIS
ASSUMPTION
The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) assumes the easement will provide a means to accommodate the sewage disposal for Route 66 State Park. The easement will also accommodate the removal of leachate from former Times Beach demolition debris buried on-site, administered by the department. This legislation does not result in a direct fiscal impact to the DNR.
