FISCAL ANALYSIS

ASSUMPTION

Officials from the Governor's Office assume the proposal would result in no fiscal impact to the agency.

The city manager of the City of Maryville assumed the proposal would have no fiscal impact on the city.

The fiscal officer for the Northwest Missouri State University assumes the annexation of part of the university's property into the city limits of Maryville would have no fiscal impact on the university.

DESCRIPTION

This proposal would allow the Governor to approve the annexation of three tracts of land of the Northwest Missouri State University into the City of Maryville, Missouri.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
