Officials of the following agencies assume the proposal would have no fiscal impact: Department of Insurance, Department of Social Services-Division of Medical Services, Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan, Department of Conservation, Department of Transportation, and the Department of Public Safety-Missouri Highway Patrol.

DESCRIPTION
The proposal would prohibit health maintenance organizations from changing coinsurance, co-payment or deductible terms for prescription drugs during the contract period.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
