PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that this bill allows a city-armory
partnership.  Cities would be allowed to use money to improve
armories.  The armories are only used once a month and could be
used by cities.

Testifying for the bill were Representative Parker; and the
Adjutant General's Office.

OPPONENTS:  There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
