COMMITTEE ACTION: Voted "do pass by consent" by the Committee
on Motor Vehicle and Traffic Regulations by a vote of 11 to 0.

Under current law, any person who fails to dispose of a moving

have no means to make a person to appear and pay fines. This is
a necessary tool for small towns.
