medical technologies, medical procedures, and treatments that
are used to diagnose tuberculosis. This bill also allows local
boards of health to commence a commitment proceeding against
persons diagnosed with active tuberculosis or potential
transmitters who repeatedly violate a prescribed treatment
regimen, thereby exposing others to the possibility of infection.

Health; Thomas Macdonnell, M.D.; and Missouri Rehabilitation
