This bill clarifies that actions to void a lease because of
illegal use of the premises under Section 441.020, RSMo, are
subject to the provisions of Chapter 213 (Human Rights) only
when the primary reason for pursuing action under Section
441.020 is not one of the factors listed in that section.  Those
factors include using the premises for gaming, a brothel, or the
sale of controlled substances.
