HB 872 -- Campaign Finance Reports

This bill moves the deadline when candidates and committees must
file quarterly disclosure reports from the 7th to the 15th day
of January, April, July, and October.  The bill also clarifies
that only campaign contributions or loans greater than $25 are
late contributions or loans.  Candidates and committees must
report late contributions or loans within 48 hours.
