DESCRIPTION
This act provides that a candidate cannot avoid the deadlines currently provided for in law
simply based on low polling numbers or a belief that the candidate will not win the election.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
