FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This act provides that the time limits provided for candidate withdrawals from elections cannot
be altered, set aside nor ignored by any court within this state. The intent of the Legislature is
that there shall be no reason for these limits to not be enforced.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
