FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
The proposed legislation would provide that a court of appeals may permit an appeal from an order granting or denying class action certification. Any such appeal would not stay proceeding in circuit court unless the circuit judge or court of appeals so orders.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
