ASSUMPTION
Officials of the Office of State Court Administrator assume no fiscal impact to the state's courts.
Officials of the Department of Public Safety- State Highway Patrol assume no fiscal impact.
Officials of the Department of Revenue assume no fiscal impact to their department.
Circuit Clerks from Boone, Callaway, Johnson, Warren, Marion, and St. Charles Counties did not respond. Oversight assumes there would be some insignificant administrative impact from the additional filings.

No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
The act modifies the types of case dispositions that must be reported to the uniform law enforcement system records.
Section 43.080 requires the Superintendent of the State Highway Patrol to submit a report annually to the Governor and General Assembly on patrol salaries and their comparison to police officer salaries in the three largest police departments in the state.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
