DESCRIPTION

The proposal removes one of the two salary schedules from the law setting salaries of county Treasurers in Jackson County, and in second, third and fourth class counties. The schedule being removed had a lower minimum and maximum salary range than the one left in statute.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
