ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Department of Revenue assume that revenues for fax copy charges would amount to approximately $22,000 per year and that field procedure changes will be needed to ensure the correct fees are charged.
Officials from the Department of Transportation (MODOT) assume this proposal would have a negative fiscal impact on their organization due to the limitations placed on fees charged for information and copies of documents. MODOT provided an estimate of approximately $20,000 per year in lost fees.
Officials from the Office of the Attorney General assume that any potential costs can be absorbed with existing resources.
ASSUMPTION (continued)
Officials from the City of Kansas City and the Office of the State Treasurer assume they can not estimate the amount of any additional revenues or costs which might result from the proposal.
Oversight assumes these revenues and costs would be minimal and could be absorbed from existing resources.
Officials from the Missouri House of Representatives, Legislative Research, the Office of the Governor, the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, the Office of the Secretary of State, the Office of the State Auditor, the Office of the Attorney General, the Office of State Courts Administrator; the Office of Administration, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Division of Budget and Planning, and Division of Personnel; the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Conservation, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, the Department of Health and Senior Services, the Department of Higher Education, the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, the Department of Mental Health, the Department of Natural Resources, the Department of Social Services, the

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
