David E. Horn served the people of the 6th District (part of St. Louis City). Born in St. Louis, he attended Benton Elementary School; Yeatman High School; and Benton College of Law, where he received Bachelor of Laws and Master of Law in General Law degrees. Senator Horn practiced general law starting in 1931. He was elected to the Senate in 1946. (Republican)
