No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
The proposed legislation would require every school bus to be equipped with a tailpipe that is flush with or extends not more than two inches beyond the perimeter of the body or bumper.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program, and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
