ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Office of State Courts Administrator (OSCA) stated there may be a slight increase in the number of family access motions filed. The OSCA does not anticipate a significant increase in the workload of the courts.

DESCRIPTION
This proposal allows family access motions to be used to enforce all custody and visitation orders.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
