FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
The proposal would transfer oversight of the state's deferred compensation program from the Missouri State Employees' Deferred Compensation Commission to the Board of Trustees of the Missouri State Employees' Retirement System effective January 1, 2001.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
