ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Office of Administration - Division of Personnel and the Department of Public Safety - Missouri State Highway Patrol assume the proposed legislation would have no fiscal impact on their agencies.
Officials from the State Highway Employees & Patrol Retirement System assume the last valuation report was completed as of July 1, 1998. The next valuation will not be completed until five years subsequent to completion of the last valuation report. Repeal of the 2% automatic increase could impact future actuarial valuations.
