No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.
DESCRIPTION
This legislation would allow guardianship of a minor to be terminated if the court finds the parent is fit, suitable and able to assume the duties of guardianship and it is in the best interests of the child.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
