Officials from the Office of Prosecution Services (OPS) assume no fiscal impact on their agency.

FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business
Small businesses could have a direct fiscal impact as a result of this proposal to the extent of an increase in training requirements.
DESCRIPTION
The proposed legislation requires specific amounts of training before a person may perform a spinal manipulation or adjustment.
"Manipulation" and "adjustment" are defined. Any person violating this section is guilty of the unlawful practice of chiropractic and will be subject to penalties and disciplinary action. This act does not apply to medical or osteopathic physicians or chiropractic physicians licensed pursuant to this chapter.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
This proposal would not affect Total State Revenues.
