ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Department of Higher Education and Northwest Missouri State University assume no fiscal impact to their organizations.
In response to a similar proposal, officials from the Office of the Attorney General assume the fiscal impact to their organization would be minimal and could be absorbed with existing resources.

DESCRIPTION
This proposal would authorize leases of property by Northwest Missouri State University to the Missouri National Guard and the City of Maryville.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
