No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of this proposal.



DESCRIPTION



This act provides that a contract involving multiple political subdivisions located in three or more counties may be filed only with the Secretary of State. Under current law, the political subdivisions must also file a copy with the County Recorder of Deeds in which each political subdivision is located.



This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental space.
